important please read; group information

Rules of the org;
1. no putting others down this should be a freindly place where people who share an intrest in either or both of the organizations can converse, submit there work, ect

2.submit work into the proper folders

3. four submissions a day (this may rise to a higher number once there are more admin)

4. any level of work can be submited in other words even if your not an elite artist you can still submit

Summision rules of the org;

* no stolen art aka someone elses work that you are saying is yours
* if you are putting something into favorites that is someone elses get their permission
* anything that goes into the gallery or faves must have something to do with the akatsuki or organization 13
